I didn’t buy this for my springers and bought Apple tags instead. VERY limited value. For my Maltipoo I decided to try because I moved to an area with a busy road. I love it. It fits her little self comfortably, (She wears in addition to another collar). I can spot her in the map, get notices when she leaves usual areas, and surprise! It monitors all kinds of things! Eating, scratching, drinking, barking, exercise and more! When a friend dog sits I know where/when/if they took a walk, and the path they took. Charges easily, holds charge adequately, and appears to feel invisible to her. She never scratched or pawed at it. I actually recommend this heartily! It even has a light I can remotely activate. COME ON! Who knew??

We have an Australian Shepard who is very active. U fortunately our 25 acres doesn’t contain her and she continuously left our property and we would have to go looking for her. I found the Fi Series 3 and decided to give it a try. This is the best solution we could have come up with. Now we can rest in peace knowing that we can always find her. I was not sure this would work in the country but it amazing. We set up a safe zone and we get a notification if she leaves it. She is really fast so she can get a distance away before we see she has left. But now we know where she is headed. Best money I have ever spent…..worth every penny. Great app and so easy to set up and use. Very accurate

We hike on a farm where Layla can run off leash. I took a different route from our usual and after not seeing her for a short while I started whistling. She didn’t come and the panic began. Without going into all the details of speed walking back to the truck, then back to where I lost her, getting through the gate without letting the cows out and huffing and puffing up a very steep hill while trying to whistle; I found her. We came home, called the neighbor to see which tracking collar he had and ordered the Fi. We have had it for 5 months and it is fantastic. We are in a very rural area but the Fi has never went out of service. The battery lasts for at least a week and she wears it every day. It is rugged and waterproof. Layla is a Vizsla, very active. She runs through woods, fields and creeks and her collar has held up perfectly. It is also interesting to see how far she runs on our walks. I have had to use lost dog mode on several occasions. Her recall has improved tremendously from when she was lost. I think it scared her also. It is very reassuring to be able to start lost dog mode and see exactly where she is at. I am very happy with the quality and performance of the collar.

First and foremost, why I bought this product instead of comparable competitors; My dog is like an octopus, even though he has 36 inch chest, somehow he can squeeze through a 5 inch hole in the fence. All of the competitors are clip ons and would instantly be left behind. This one is a slim metal casing that doesn't get caught in the process of escape. THE WHOLE POINT is tracking after escape. What sucks about this product is I had 2 duds in a row. Waiting on the 3rd via RMA. Both just stopped working about week 2. What also sucks is their complete lack of customer support. If you call, you get put on hold for an hour then hung up on. If you're lucky you get a followup email half the time. They respond to emails after about 2-3 days. The response you get is the same useless phone-tree call center crap we've all experienced from terrible companies the last couple decades. They would have a top tier product if it actually worked, and the whole company wasn't so terribly mismanaged. One final point, their "AI" "health statistics" are about as accurate as a random number generator. I wrote down the scratches, drinks, eating, etc. And they don't match up even remotely with what the app says. Update: app crashes immediately now and the 3rd device also doesn't work AT ALL.

I really love the Fi collar I do wish it beeped like an air tag but totally worth it and the battery last a good long time as well, true to size I do wish it was a little smaller but I love, it works great

Excellent collar, You know exactly where your pet is! Battery life after 5 days is at 82%,so lm thinking at least 2 weeks before charging is necessary. Bought large collar and it has a metal buckle which is secure, and as long as your dog is wearing it , its precise location is always visible. Noticed when I took my dog to groomer a few days ago, I freaked out because it showed my dog was near the highway. I called groomer immediately and she reassured me Finn was there and okay. When she called to let me know that he was done, I checked location and it showed him at the groomers location. I think when she removed collar to groom him this is when its location wasn’t accurate , once she put collar back on it solved that issue. Highly recommended

We bought this collar for our "flight risk" dog right before my husband and I were leaving on a trip. I've now been using the collar and app for ~6 months and I can say that it is very helpful. It was easy to set up, there are a lot of settings you can turn on or off, and there are multiple "safe zones" you can set up for your dog before it triggers a "lost pet mode". I really like the community base that is there as well. It is fun to see other pets and people in my community who use Fi. The one down side is that it isn't always EXACT with the walking path that we took, but all things considered it is pretty dang close. The alerts are accurate and I haven't felt as worried about our little dog since we have had it. The battery life is several days - 2/3weeks at a time. It doesn't seem to bother my dog's neck and it charges easily and quickly. I would definitely recommend this and would buy it again.
