Package delivered was kind of banged up. It made me kinda nervous if the equipment was damaged. Everything was fine except the cable management holder. Honestly, it was already banged up and dented because it’s so malleable. I scrapped it and used something better. Over all the desk was easy to assemble (45ish minutes by myself). Simply put, it is a good standing desk for $199. I wasn't interested in spending more than that, and the old saying, you get what you pay for, is true here as well. It arrived on-time, undamaged, and came together pretty much as advertised. The memory height feature is essential, and works flawlessly thus far. It looks good, and is fairly sturdy. I would not say it is very sturdy, just fair, but certainkly enough to comfortably work on. My biggest issue is the thin wooden top. The pics I saw, it really looked thicker to me. If it is was another half inch thicker, the desk would get 5 stars. Buy with confidence though if you want to spend a little less and still get a functional, aesthetically-pleasing standing desk. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The desk overall is good; it’s sturdy and functions as it should. However, after 4 months of use, the connection that goes into the control unit has become loose. Due to the bad connection, the control unit keeps giving me an error code that requires me to reset the height every time I want to raise or lower the desk. I’ve reached out multiple times to their customer service team and even have three different cases open with no response. We are now going on 3 months, I have provided all the information, pictures, and videos requested multiple times. The last response I had was, "Let me consult this with our higher department for further assistance on what may be the solution for this.”. Update - After months of trying to get ahold of CC I was able to get ahold of someone and they were able to issue a replacement cable. Desk is now up and running and functioning the way it should. ... show more

Update - 9/14/2023 As you may be able to tell, I successfully mounted the edge-glued pine slab to my desk frame and also added a drawer. The stability improved significantly at all heights and there's no more deflection. My original rating of the desk stands as the original top is not as depicted, however my upgrades have made this desk the envy of all my friends and I foresee it lasting and performing for as long as I need. Original Review: I bought this desk as an inexpensive alternative to other electric adjustable height desks. Previously I ordered an Eureka adjustable height desk, but returned it on account of it not being as I expected. I've decided to keep this desk despite the fact that the desktop material is less than 5/8" thick and made of relatively inexpensive chip-board/particle board with a veneer surface. Pros: -Smooth, quiet operation of the electric lift -Easy to assemble -Likely suitable for most home-offices -Three (3) height memory positions (easy to set) -Economic Choice Cons (Specific to my needs): -Desktop isn't robust enough to hold the weight of my dual ultra-widescreen monitor mount. -Desk isn't as stable at standing height (likely a result of the relationship between the thin desktop material and the weight of my monitors) Final Thoughts: This desk performs well for those of you with single monitors or maybe even dual monitors that aren't Ultra-wide (30+ inches). I bought this particular desk because the images of the desktop portrayed it as being much thicker than others I'd viewed. Even the more expensive Eureka brand used thin particle board for their tops, so I was impressed by the pictures showing this desk with a nice thick top for a lower price. When I received the desk it was immediately obvious that the desktop was the same thin material as it's competitor. When I mounted my monitor mount, the desktop deflected more than 1/2 inch in the center. This causes the monitors to swing if the desk is bumped (I tested it out as I have several young children). I don't trust the desktop material to hold up to my usage as I work from home most days and also enjoy PC gaming. That said, for the price, this desk is worth it for the electric adjustable height base (legs and frame) alone. I can mount a large 1 1/4" edge-glued pine top to this base with little difference in weight for less than $100. Other desks with thicker tops sell for more than $500, so I'm still ahead. I'm going to replace the desktop with a solid wood top in the coming few days. ... show more

The desk stopped working after about 7 months. After several emails with customer support, they sent me a replacement part. The part wasn’t correct and their email response to me stating that was that they were certain they sent the right part. Even after explaining that the part they sent me doesn’t even fit the desk.
