I LOVE this new fresh ‘n flirty Ferragamo Signorina Romantica Eau de Parfum! It’s the orgy of white Neroli blossoms ( a mid note), Vanilla (a base note) and Rum (a top note) which gets me really excited! I feel like I'm taking a Springtime romantic stroll in an Italia Neroli bitter orange tree grove while sipping a teacup of hot spiced rum with a fragrant vanilla bean stir stick! So first, a lesson! What is Eau de Parfum? It's not mostly water like Eau de Toilette. (Eau is the French word for Water) Eau de Parfum is primarily composed of fragrance oils (15-20%) and alcohol, with water used as a diluent. So...it is less concentrated than pure perfume but exhibits greater potency and longevity compared to Eau de Toilette. I adore the aromatic, somewhat bitter Neroli oil in perfumes. It's citrusy, with whispers of honey subtly underneath – a favorite of Italians, too! (Yes, I am part Italian!) The "Can't Wait for Spring" fragrance has maintained its presence for over eight hours on my wrist, although it has now mellowed into a subtle, sandalwood and black currant aroma. Oh, can't leave you without Lesson 2! Have you ever wondered why do perceptions vary regarding the longevity of a particular perfume? So, did you know Diet plays a crucial role in how long your perfume lasts and how it smells? Here's how: 1. Skin's Oils and Hydration:: Your diet affects your skin's natural oils and hydration levels, which are essential for perfume longevity. 2. Natural Scent:: What you eat can also influence your body's natural scent, which can interact with your perfume. Foods to be mindful of: 1. Dehydrating Foods:: Spicy foods, caffeine, and alcohol can dehydrate your skin, leading to faster scent fading. They can also alter your body odor. Yikes! 2. Beneficial Foods:: Fresh fruits and staying hydrated support balanced skin chemistry, helping perfumes last longer and smell more authentic. This airy, light and fresh heartwarming parfum is everything I hoped it would be, including the stunning keepsake bottle! This new 2025 parfum is so perfect for a Valentine's Day gift!
