I haven't really bought a drone for myself, because this is long past the days of easy gaming for me but I have to say this was very user friendly for beginners and didn't give me any trouble to learn the ins and outs of basic function and flight. There's a bunch of automatic functions and one key functions like altitude hold when there isn't a lot of wind it will maintain hover in the height I sent it to. Being able to do functions like take a pic by holding my hand up in front of the camera was great too. I also like how integrated the phone is with it too. I can draw a path on my phone for the drone to follow and it follows exactly. While I would appreciate a little more flight time, I can't complain because the price was eminently reasonable for a basic toy to play around with. The controller is easy to use and it's made of decent materials because it hasn't dented or lost function even though I have crashed it twice already lol. ... show more

I liked its simple and user-friendly design. This drone isn't about all the fancy bells and whistles, but that's actually a good thing if you're just starting out. Flying it was a breeze, and I was surprised at how steady it was in the air. The camera might not be super high-end, but for newcomers, it gets the job done without overwhelming you with too many complex features. Plus, the battery lasted longer than I expected. The cool thing is that you can control this using your phone or the remote. My first drone. It's actually surprisingly good for the price! Great first drone before you buy $1000+ commitment. Would be good gift for a kid too. Camera is bad quality. You have to Google how to connect the drone to your phone with the Chinese to English translation in the manual. Only problem is the slightest breeze will take it. I crashed it multiple times and it held up thanks to the rotor protectors. Just watch the protectors and rotor cones fall off in a collision. I lost a few already! Lol ... show more

First of all really fast shipping. This thing is lightweight and easy to operate. Surprisingly there’s not much of a learning curve and we were up and flying in less than 1/2 hour. All the return home and auto land functions all work as advertised. Pretty concerned at first that it would just “fly away” on its own but that has never happened. The instructions are pretty straight forward. All in all a great little drone especially if you dont want to spend big bucks on the name brand stuff. Great as a trainer too! ... show more

I bought this drone to help me view 26 acres looking for a deer stand and feeders just north of Bracketville TX. It was easy enough to learn to fly at home before heading to Bracketville. When I got to Bracketville, it was a warm sunny day. I paired drone to controller like instructions said to. Then I used auto launch function to get it to hover. Next I increased altitude a couple of times and then it turned on it’s on about 90 degrees and started flying off with out me hitting any buttons. I did everything I could to get it back including hitting return home button and emergency stop button. Wind was minimal that day. In 15 seconds, the drone just flew off never to be seen again. I didn’t have time to look for it as a had a job to do and there were mesquite trees everywhere. Maybe I’ll find it this deer season. Maybe not. That being said, after posting this, a customer service rep for the selling company contacted me. I can’t say enough about the customer service department. Absolutely outstanding and amazing!
