My dog weighs 16 lbs ordered the size recommend for his size and I went by size chart. Fits well and it's cute on him. The orange makes him look like he works construction lol. This harness fit well. It is easy to put on and take off. My dog is a puppy and typically wears her harness all day for easy control. She seems very comfortable with it on. This is a nice harness for small dogs. I have 2 pomeranians, I bought this one in an Xlarge for my larger 15-20 lb one. It fits well and has plenty of extra slack to adjust smaller or bigger
