First, the price was better than another site’s even though the quality and specs were the same. Secondly, we loved the design, the charger, cup holder, and ease of use around the airport and travel areas. Totally recommend this!

BEST THING ABOUT IT: long pull up handle ADDITIONAL LIKES: looks nice, locks are sturdy, protective feet, rolls easy WORST THING ABOUT IT: plastic handles! ADDITIONAL DISLIKES/CONCERNS: description is not for plain 20” unit (this one has no cup holder nor USB port), appears cheaply made despite being well designed WARRANTY: None mentioned COMMENTS (Function, Appearance, Quality): At first glance , this appears to be a great carry-on. It looks sturdy but is flimsier than similar 20” models costing considerably less. I love some of the design features, especially the long extending pull handle, the low noise wheels, the zipper-less sides and the protective feet. However…. I got it for my wife as I recently acquired a different brand’s 20” carry one and she really liked it. But, this one we decided to return because of the handles. The were made of such thin and apparently fragile plastic. we thought it might get broken just from being handled while packing and travel through the airports, much less survive if they had to be checked. Also, she really missed the lack of a PC/tablet compartment that hinged. This was a feature also on my less expensive but better quality 20” carry on. Also, please note - the description for this luggage does not change with the model selected!) MARKETING vs REALITY GRADE: C- MOST SUITABLE FOR: carry on bag IS IT WORTH IT?: At ~$170, I do not think it is worth it. Spend less, get more. I do think the protective feet and the waterproof seal are nice design features, however. *PRECISE RATING: 3 (deductions for cheap handles and misrepresenting product in the description. most likely an oversight as pictures are accurate) RECOMMENDATION: I cannot recommend this particular bag (as mentioned, we returned it as we did not deem it durable for a long lasting investment (our previous carry on luggage is >30 years old and is still intact, working and looks good, it is a bit bigger and has just become too heavy for us). We don’t think this bag would see that many memories. Could be wrong, but not worth the chance. (As always, I will report back if there are any durability issues with additional use.) The media could not be loaded. Very impressive piece of hand carry, impeccable design and stiffness. Very sturdy with adjustable alloy handle to manage with ease. The suitcase can be held multiple ways, either rolling the suitcase with its 360*degree wheel turner, or holding it with its handle vertically or horizontally. When opened, the suitcase has multiple pockets, it also has one side which is zippered and the other side has a removable hooked divider which helps in keeping your accessories organized and in place. The zippered side has two pockets one is a mesh pocket and the other is a transparent zippered pocket. You can store items of your choice, and once you open the zipper pocket from three sides there is an additional amount of space where you can store your remaining luggage. Another additional feature which this suitcase offers is the TSA approved lock, therefore you won't have any issue at all the airport. The wheels run well on the floor, but they may feel a bit sluggish over a thick carpet. This is a great buy, hits a ten on ten in terms of durability, quality and sturdyness, I noticed a bit of an issue with the wheels but that can be ignored because suitcases are not meant to be used over carpets, therefore not a bad purchase. I am quite satisfied with my purchase and I hope you will be too!
