I adore these shoes! I have wide feet, ordered my normal size and they were perfect. They are pull ons, not step ins. I had no breaking in period, put them on, and no problem. My soles do get a little bit slick because of the dust on every floor that exists in Deep South Texas. They wash great in the washing machine. This is my second pair in 3 years. The first pair are still in good shape, but I wanted to be able to switch them back and forth to dry from washing. My feet don’t slide forward in them when walking a lot. The laces are for looks, they don’t tighten or loosen the shoe. I’ve had many compliments on them, especially for pull ons. I wouldn’t run in them, they have little padding. These are more for a day trip or running errands around town. They are comfortable for me wearing around the house with them for 12 hours, but I don’t think I’d wear them as a nurse’s shoe or a job where your feet are pounding on a floor all day. ... show more

I took one star off because these shoes are advertised as "slip on" and the definitely do NOT slip on. They run a little big and they still do not slip on. I wear a 7.5 or an 8, so I usually just order an 8 so I don't have to worry about sending them back for being too small. These however are long shoes and there is a lot of toe room left in a size 8. Unless you have wide feet, I would suggest ordering on the smaller end of your size range. Other than that, they are very comfortable and lightweight. I work in a lab and am on my feet for a good portion of the day and these had enough cushion without being heavy. I would buy these again ... show more

If you are wanting a "Slip On" shoe this is not it. Can't say much for there package ideas, these shoes came in a plastic bag not a shoe box and they were packed with a 7lb bag of cat food both in the same box so when I get the shoes they are all bent and crushed. As for the heel part I would call the horn area it is very thin and bends into the shoe as you try and slid your foot in. You literally have to hold the little material loop that is there to be able to push your foot in. The 7 I got fit well and I did like the light gray and they are comfortable. My whole reason of getting these was they were suppose to be the slip on type and they are not. ... show more

Genuinely so easy to slip on and really cute with skinny jeans or flares. I've been wearing them for months as a server and only now am I debating putting an insert in. Honestly stays really clean unlike the cheap Walmart shoes I had before. Very durable as well!

    • Comfortable non-slip shoes overall

I like that these shoes were reasonably priced and I've been using mine for about 5 months now. Ive been working long hours walking on average 20,000 steps daily (7-8 miles). They are comfortable and feel breathable. They are also non-slip and work great. However, I don't believe these have good support for long 10+ hour work days. The material is comfortable but not exactly sturdy or has a ton of support needed for all that walking. The laces don't do a whole lot to make it more tight or secure. Based on my needs I don't think these are the best for my work days I'll need a more sturdy shoe. Also, I ordered a size 8 and they are slightly loose on the front of the shoe. If you size down it might be a better fit I think the sizes are bit off. I ordered the same brand but different shoe for the gym and I had to get 7s the 8s were too big. I am also starting to have pain on the top of my foot I think for it being slightly loose and doing so much walking. Overall these are good shoes and may be a better fit for someone who doesn't do a ton of walking during the day. ... show more
