Wow. I took a risk in ordering these shoes and was pleasantly surprised. They were delivered compressed in plastic wrapping, but they unfold into a nice looking pair of shoes. Now, I wouldn't call them running shoes, but they are stylish and very comfortable to wear. The shoe itself is a basically one piece of meshed fabric attached to a white rubber sole. Although there are laces, they don't seem to do very much since there is no tongue on these shoes. These shoes remind me of lightweight water shoes but have thicker, cushier outer soles. Note, that the inner sole liner does seem to pop up when you pull your foot out of the shoe. I normally wear a size 10 mens, but they only had size 9.5 and 10.5, so I ordered the 10.5 which seemed a little large for my feet. But, they still felt good enough to keep. In any case, for the low cost of these shoes they seem to be a bargain. I don't know how long they will last, but I plan to wear them when I go on my weekend shopping trips purely for the comfort.

I was looking for the slip-on Skecher and was directed to this shoe which is called a slip-on but not like the Skecher. I have back issues and needed a step-in slip-on. It’s a great shout for the money but not a true slip on like the Skecher which BTW is more than twice the price.. I suggest Amazon Change its search engine to direct you to the product specifically requested and show the lower cost options or say it does not carry the product requested by name and save the seller unnecessary expense of a return and customer inconvenience. Return and refund was quick. Recommend this seller!

The fit is good and the shoes are comfortable. They are certainly not slip on shoes. The manufacturer needs to stop advertising them as such. The only negative aspect of the shoe is that they creak loudly when I walk. They are very loud when walking in a quiet environment on a hard surface. Something in the construction materials casues them to make creaking noises.

I purchased this shoe on Aug 27, 2022. They are the most comfortable, lightweight pair of shoes I can remember ever owning. They are easy to slip on and weigh almost nothing. I was elated to have this pair of shoes because they became even more comfortable the longer I wore them. It is now June 20, 2023 and I have owned them and wore them for almost 10 months. My big toe has now worn itself through the sole of the shoe. That's right. Not, the top or the front of the shoe, but the SOLE. So, not the best quality sole in the world for only lasting 10 months of use, but as I complain I just ordered another pair. So, the comfort must weigh heavier in my mind than durability at this point.

They don't exactly slip on without assistance from your hands like other shoes, but much easier to slide on than gym shoes. They have a flexible, stretchy back to easily pull over your heel without feeling like it's going to slide back out when you walk. Very comfortable and solid soles for walking.

These shoes were easy to put on and take off. I am rehabbing from hip surgery. It is important to maintain some independence during the healing process. I only wish the bow was permanent or have a look of being tied without having to tie it each time.
