    • Excellent Alternative to Fish Oil
In the past my family has taken fish oil to get critical DHA but stopped when we heard about fish oil’s potential for going rancid. I love that this algae-based Omega 3 supplement from Feelgood doesn’t contain fish oil but still offers the benefits. I was surprised that it is in powdered form, but after researching, apparently that’s quite common with algae Omega-3. It definitely smells like seaweed… fishy and ocean smelling, but I was pleased to find that the easy to swallow capsules don’t give me the fish oil burps… yay! A serving offers a generous amount of dha and epa. My experience with Feelgood supplements has been great in the past and I trust the quality of the ingredients and testing of their other products. In my opinion, this is a great offering and I’m excited about adding the benefits of omega-3 back into our diets without the dangers of rancid fish oil. This is, of course, an excellent option for vegans as well. The price is a bit higher, but is in line with high quality algae-based omega-3 supplements. I’m not sure what to think about this one. I’ve never encountered an omega-3 supplement that wasn’t in pure encapsulated oil form. This one has the omega-3 suspended in rice flour. I opened one up and it does have a fishy/algae smell, I just don’t understand why they encapsulated it with rice flour. I take my omega-3 supplements pretty seriously, I think it’s an important supplement and I like to get over 1000 mg a day into my diet. And I would just prefer it if this was pure omega oil without the rice flour mixed with it. ... show more

    • Easy to swallow; no negatives; like it's algae derived
These capsules offer omega-3s from algae-based sources. I like that as less likely to have any heavy metal contaminants. Rice flour is innocuous filler material to me, also not so concerned about going rancid, so am good with it. Easy to swallow. No negatives with use.

    • Easy Peasy to Swallow & Keep Up on Omega-3’s
My husband is vegan due to food allergies and needs to maintain his diet & healthy intake of essential nutrients. Omegas was a hard one because flax & walnuts are the most touted sources. But the quantities you need are out of the world to maintain. This omega supplement is algae based and my husband was shocked I found something that was easy to take AND vegan. He was able to take the capsules without stomach issues or burps. They aren't huge or hiding in a gelatin capsulation(thank goodness). He has a new appreciation for getting his omega-3’s into his diet. I hope they know how much we appreciate this formulation. His vascular system will benefit the most! ... show more

Just started today im being taking omega 3 before but never vegan incredibly option love it It doesn't smell or taste good quality and i love the bottle color seems very natural quality seems really good in and out
