As a dad, I don't really need anything as a physical gift from my loved ones. They know if they ask what I want, I will always respond with "a hug." I don't think I'm alone when it comes to most guys. Being appreciated and respected means more than any novelty item. But sometimes that appreciation is hard to show. A product like this one is a good way to help send that message. What I like most is that it is practical and useful. Will most guys be able to use everything in the basket? Probably not. They may not have a beard or want to use a body spray. But I suspect there is at least a couple items any guy could use. Sure, most guys might just want a five gallon bucket of all purpose stuff, the kind that can be used as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, car wax, and taco seasoning, but this is basically the next best thing. Not only does it have a better presentation, but it also might just give that guy a chance to try out something new that he wouldn't have tried on his own. For a gift basket (shipped to the door and ready to be given away without any extra work), I feel like the price is reasonable. Feel free to give it a try, but if possible, add a hug on the side.
