We bought this table about a month ago, and it has been good for us so far. The shipping was easy, and convenient. Once the table was delivered, it did take awhile to assemble. I am not a handy man, but I was able to put it together. I do recommend checking all the screw holes prior to assembly, because one hole was not hollow, and I had to remove some cardboard that was blocking the opening. The table is very heavy, and I recommend having more than just two people to lift it. We did watch a video prior to assembly, and of course they make it look very easy to assemble and lift. It plays pretty level, and I like the ball return. The bumper rails seem ok, and overall it looks like a very nice table. We enjoy playing with it. ... show more

Pool table is perfect for entry level use. We love the pool table. Actually I was surprised at the high quality for entry level table on a budget. Pool return works well. Nice feature to have. Pool cues are a little cheap, but they were free with the table. Suggest get your own cues to use. The balls are heavy and work well. Needs better rack, suggest getting your own. Table has nice quality cloth and pockets. Shipment was well packed, I had to hire a installation service to assembly. I highly recommend professional installation. Makes for a better experience! The look of the table is very nice. The packaging of the leg supports could have been better to prevent scratches, etc. The assembly wasn't too bad, definitely need two people to flip it over. Leveling the overall table wasn't too bad with two people also. Thought everything was good until we started to play. Shots that travelled near the center of the table drifted to the left or right depending upon which side of center you were on. After getting the level back out to check the center of the table, I discovered a "hill" that spanned the entire middle of the table like a large oval. There are no adjustments to fix this issue, since it has to do with the assembly of the tabletop (which comes pre-assembled, screwed and glued). One of the other reviewers had this problem also, so I contacted GLD (just as they did). Instead of them offering to send a replacement table top (as they did for the other reviewer), they just told me to return it to Amazon. So I guess customer service has gone way down hill since the other person's review. I won't waste my time buying a new one (Amazon didn't offer a replacement only return). Now I have to disassemble the table and repack it for pick up. Lots of wasted time that could have been avoided if the company had some quality control. ... show more

Felt is a speed slower than your next step up competition table. Update. After some use the felt is a little smoother . Maintenance is easy. Rails send the balls where I want them. The ball retrieval system is the reason why I got this table. Table stores all the balls away when not in use. I'd give it 5 stars if the cues were in better shape. Other than that, we enjoy it very much. I have been saving money on bar tabs ever since we purchased. Sturdier than the foldable tables. Can handle people leaning into it. If using shims to level, the table might slide. I'd reccomend some grip tape on each leg of the table to prevent it from sliding during shots. ... show more

Was back and forth and tables on Amazon and took a chance on this one I most definitely made the right choice I play every day & all the parts came with it none was broke , easy to put together would recommend 2-4 to pick up to turn it over , took only 30 mins to assemble

Despite MY issue with bringing it downstairs in my basement, I had to take out a section of ceiling drywall in order to get it down there, it's a great table! I would have preferred to have an 8', but as just mentioned, this one was hard enough to bring downstairs. I've been using it for over 8 months now-adults and teenagers have been using it-the felt is great, the color is vibrant and overall, I can't complain about one thing! Also, it's incredibly sturdy, all the pushing and pulling down the stairs etc., still level and without damage despite my unintentional manhandling. ... show more

I know its an inexpensive pool table by pool table standards but the quality is poor. The first one we received had a defect and shipping damage, Amazon had me call supplier directly and they were very poor on support, finally got Amazon to get me another one and finally got the table set up about 40 days after placing the first order. You get what you pay for and sometime you have to pay in other ways. would not recommend this table unless you want "new" and cheap ... show more

Like how it looks but the table top for some reason when playing the balls continue to roll sideways or backwards when they should stop or even right after they stop!! Kinda not makes for good game play!
