The media could not be loaded. This is great well made and sturdy very easy to use. Easy to balance on, the only thing is it won't pop unless on a super smooth surface any grooves like hardwood this won't pop but on my counter top it pops great my son really loves it it's entertaining for him enough to be on it for a little while then he gets bored because it's not popping on our floors but overall would recommend for hyper active toddlers. The balance board was not as great as I expected. Hard for my very nimble 3 year old boy to balance on. He likes sitting on it and flipping it over to climb/walk over it like a bridge but I was expecting a bit more time spent (and energy burning) by having him use the balance board aspect of it.
