They quickly got the new unit to me, and I was able to try it again today. Much better suction! I guess it was just my original that had the issue. This vacuum is the right size for most normal vacuuming of cars and SUV's. It has several suction attachments and packs into a convenient carrying bag. It's easy to charge, and I've never run out of battery charge during one cleaning of a car. Debris is sucked into a clear plastic section of the vacuum, and ie easily emptied and cleaned, including a removable filter that is also easy to clean. The product is attractive; someone with a good sense of product design and function has input into the making of this. I use the vacuum among three cars; so far I've been able to do two cars on one charge and may have been able to do the third one on the same charge cycle, but I haven't tried yet. ... show more

I got this vacuum about a year ago for like $50 with a coupon code from a youtuber. Having used it a handful of times just to save myself the hassle of breaking out the whole shop vac for small stuff, it does just okay. the suction is NOT bad, on high power mode, but really its mostly for getting crumbs off your seat, dust off the dash, and keeping the carpet 'fresh'. Really not great to use for anything more than light duty in my opinion, unless you start with a super clean car then use this very regularly to maintain it. The tools it comes with are decent! I mostly just use the crevice tool and the brush tool. The rubbery one displayed in the video for putting in the carpet lines is fine too. The battery life is definitely not good for more than a few minutes especially on high power (seems like its good for like 5 minutes on regular power, and 3 on high power - a total off the cuff estimate) but again, if you use this as intended, for just some quick touchup vacuuming, then charge it for next time, i think thats fine. The hose is pretty small (Which aids in the suction power, for sure) but can't handle anything big. Again, small, convenient little vacuum is the intended purpose. The canister of course fills up very quick but cleans out very easily and quick. I should probably get a replacement filter already. Long story short, if you can get this on sale, it may or may not be worth it for you. As a semi-professional detailer, i am not bringing this thing out on any customers car that rolls in lol. But i will use it sparingly to touch up my own cars when i'm feeling lazy or theres just a little bit of stuff to swiff up real quick. ... show more

OMG!! I had originally left a mediocre review for this product because of the bland suction. After my original review was posted, I was contacted by David at Fanttik who offered me a newer version of the Slim V8 Mate to try. WOW!! The newer product works wonderfully!! Way better suction and gets the job done! I am extremely impressed with Fanttik's customer service and great communication!! This day in age it is so rare to come across a company that truly cares about its customer experience and product performance. Thank you SO much Fanttik!! Original review: This small vacuum is a great mini size, comes with attachments and is portable which I really liked. Unfortunately, the suction isn't the best. I bought it for our new car to vacuum the feet mats and seats but it doesn't work very well. You have to use it on the highest setting for it to actually suck anything up, and even then, not a very powerful suction. Disappointed in this one. ... show more

It is very convenient and a space saver to keep in the car. Works great for crumbs on seats (smooth surfaces) but not enough to vacuum off the carpet. I was not expecting to be able to clean like a regular vacuum but I thought fresh crumbs and debris would come off easier before they get “embedded” on the floor by stepping on them and such. I have the impression that, even on a full charge, after a month or so it is losing power. Then again, works great on seats and can be charged in the car, which is highly suggested because charge won’t last long. ... show more
