They seemed to run small. They were a little snug without socks on. My toes and heels go to the very edge. I am a size 9 in shoes and I ordered the 9/10. But they are really soft insoles. The cushion is great. Very warm. They are black on the outside and white on the inside. They seem very well made. The soles are great even for outside wear.

OMGoodness, I LOVE these SO very much!!! I was just thinking that this is probably the best $20 I’ve spent in a long time. So worth the money. So cute, and comfy. Non slip, just had them on in the rainy porch area and no issues at all. So warm I can just put these on with my sleep shorts and pretty much be warm enough to walk through the house at least for a few minutes. They’re great, and I would definitely recommend and buy again
