I like this product, it’s cute and formal. The only downside is, it’s really scratchy, and not only that; if you’re a bigger chested woman (like myself) it’s not going to sit right on you; if there were sizes, it would be better, 100% I tend to pin it to my bra. While working (8 hours) I found it really painful at the end, and when I took it off in the car, my whole neck was red and irritated. I really like the product though, it’s worth the price

This little faux collar is absolutely genius! You get that crisp, polished, preppy chic look without actually having to wear another shirt under your shirt, making this practical for warmer weather. You also don’t have to worry about the lengths of the two shirts. You wouldn’t want the button down shirt to be substantially longer than your main shirt. The collar is the perfect “crispness” in my opinion. I wouldn’t want something that is too stiff and uncomfortable to wear. This faux collar also comes with elastic loops that go under your arms to help keep it in place. At first i thought i would always notice that I’m wearing this, but it is comfortable and not annoying. It’s not too tight and doesn’t move around a lot. The only thing i will say is that if you are wearing a thinner shirt over it or one that’s really tight, there is a chance that someone could see the outline. But this worked out well for me. I didn’t know these things existed and I’m glad i stumbled across it. It’s really a neat concept. I love it!

I ordered this for my daughter and this is her review: I have tried a few different brands of fake collar and am very surprised that this product has so many good reviews, considering the pretty awful quality. Not only does it seem like it wrinkles SUPER easily, but the fabric feels like a white bedsheet that was cut into the pattern for collar, meaning that it has absolutely zero structure on its own. Overall, it looks very cheap, and unless it is for a one time wear, I would highly recommend spending a bit more for a better quality one on Amazon. I recently got a much better one (here on Amazon) that included a few different color options, and a pretty wide size range. The quality is much better, but I am not sure you can find anything like it at $5 per collar.
