This faux nose ring is too short, it’s thicker than most of the other ones I’ve bought previously so doesn’t look as natural, like it’s coming from a hole in your nose. However I will use it as a septum ring and it’s actually great for that! It’s cute and small for it.

This little fake nose ring is a great way to decide if you want a nose ring. It’s dainty and looks real without the commitment of actually getting a piercing. I quickly realized, however, that a nose ring is not in fact for me, so I gave it to my teenage daughter. It looks great on her.

    • I was hopeful -reconsider packaging.

The ring looked cute and I was excited to try it to see if I wanted to get a real nose piercing. But I unfortunately didn’t get past the packaging. I received the nose ring in a small ziploc baggy that had a card in it that had an even smaller ziploc bag that held the nose ring in it. This smaller ziploc bag is HEAVILY glue to the card. After a couple minutes of trying to get the ring out with my hands without detaching the bag from my card I decided to pull the ziploc off the card. The glue was so strong that it broke the small bag and the ring went flying out of my hands and honestly I can’t find it now. I think it’s just a weird fluke but bummed I wasted $$ for something. Hopefully I’ll stumble on it later but right now it’s lost. ... show more

It's tiny and shiny. The only caveat is that the edge that sits on the outer surface of the nostril could be smoother. It feels a bit sharp, so be careful when you're trying to adjust the placement.
