What an upgrade from mismatched what-ever hangers in (guest) coat closet to: it makes me happy evert time I see in there. These red cedar hangers are the best smelling and most beautiful grained wood hangers anyone could want. Red Cedar keeps bugs at bay. The wood is silky smoorh. They are flat so more cloths will fit in the closet. And you dont have to double think what way the swoop is going compared to the clothing already hung and the thing your working on. Life is complicated enough. Any simplifer in my life that doesnt harm is great. The hook swivles. After 3 months none have broken. I went from a freshman closet to a professor's.

RE: FairyHaus Natural Cedar Wooden Coat Hangers 18Pack Made in China These hangers are best suited for lightweight jackets and everyday clothing. They have a slim profile and look nice in the closet but they have no noticeable scent unless you put your nose right on them. The rod feels unfinished. It's rough and though it will probably prevent anything you drape over it from sliding off, it will snag delicate fabrics. I like the hangers. I was anticipating that fresh cedar scent but I was disappointed that these didn't have it. Still a good buy though and they look really nice in the closet. Addendum: I have come back to purchase a few more sets of these. Mostly because I want all my hangers to match but also because I think these are probably the best value I've found. And, this last lot I received does have more fragrance, and they're very pretty too!

I actually really like these and they have the cedar smell. Liked them so much I bought another 18 pack I gave sturdiness a 3 because I just got them, we will see as time passes how sturdy they are.
