Although the loveseat is very comfortable, it arrived with a terribly strong chemical smell that required airing out, spraying with Febreze, and airing out again. The carry bag for the chair arrived with a large hole in the bottom. After contacting customer service, they would not send me a new bag but offered a $10 promotional credit instead. I had to sew the hole in the bag, and I'm not sure if it is strong enough to last very long. It may require a patch instead, making the $10 credit not worth it. UPDATE: Did our first camping trip in Texas high winds with these. They did not blow away, oddly enough, and they dried quickly. So far, no seams are coming apart. I love these! BTW: Our camping trip ended up with super high winds such that we had to have 6 people hold the legs of our carports to keep them from blowing away. These are so comfortable! I was amazed. After reading all the reviews, I got a flashlight out and inspected all the seams. We'll see how well they hold up to festival traffic. ... show more
