I was specifically looking for this style of mask, also sometimes listed as "origami design" masks. This mask is well made, the material is soft, there are thoughtful touches like the nose strip and the clearly marked "L" and "R" so when you pick it up to put it on there's no mistaking which side is up. Also, while the mask fits me very well, the nose and chin pieces give you plenty of room to speak, to open your mouth widely and not risk the mask coming off either your chin or your nose, which indeed may be its biggest strength. The adjustable ear loops make it a good fit for just about anyone. The only reason I'm reducing overall stars on my rating is that I think these are seriously overpriced. This is a 2 ply mask that can be washed but not dried, and while I think the material is probably fine, both layers seem rather thin to me - one reason I think that besides the feel is that I can be VERY clearly understood behind this mask, whereas my heavier, 3 ply masks make me sound muffled. So that does give me a bit of pause. I'd probably order more of these if they were less expensive and more easily laundered - I have lots of 3 plys that I can just throw in both the washer and dryer, but because these can't be dried it means having to be careful about culling them out of the wash load each time. ... show more

    • Most comfy mask I have found that actually seals around the nose.

Great mask for several reasons. Due to the design it doesn’t ride up my nose like others, since the “fold out” panels keep it on my chin. The straps are long enough for those of us with large heads, as most cut into my ears. Does a better job than most masks at sealing around my nose an not fogging glasses too much. One “con” is it’s no more breathable through the fabric than basic cloth masks, but I didn’t expect it to be. Though the fabric isn’t totally breathable, I actually don’t wear a face mask to filter the air coming in, and the sides of mine actually allow good airflow (hence why it’s not hard to breathe in and also doesn’t fog glasses much). Therefore, for me the only “con” isn’t really an issue, but if you like a tight sealing mask this one might be a little harder to breathe through than a surgical mask. ... show more

    • Best mask for glasses wearers that I have found.

I've been looking for a mask that I doesn't steam my glasses up. Seemed impossible for sure but this one is as close to perfect as you can get. I don't get steamed up with these. Had my hair done for the first time in a year- had it on for 3 hours straight with no steaming. I was also looking for the cinch at the ears- yep this is here as well, Double material and the unique shape make it super comfortable and I feel more safe. The nose wire thingy inside hugs your nose and under eyes and is still comfortable. A mish mosh of info on how much I love love love these masks. Now that I'm starting to go out more for longer periods of time in public, I'm excited to find these. ... show more

As a hairstylist I can work for 8+ hours in these masks and it is not terrible! The nose can be formed to your face and it allows the mask to set low enough on the face that it does not interfere with visibility looking down. Best mask I've bought, and I've bought quite a few looking for best fit, comfort and breathability. This mask combines all 3. I mostly like that the fit is customized, tighter, loser to be just how you like it. Its semi thick but very easy to breath through. Nice and soft against your face also, and at a great price. I'm constantly looking for a "better" mask to prevent fogging of glasses and be breathable. These masks do have a little wire over the nose bridge which is probably the most important part for preventing glasses fog. That being said, these masks were much better new than they are after several washes. Even air drying, these kinda shrunk a little over time and aren't as comfortable as when they were new. Looking for a black mask for work. Needed one that doesn't slip down. This one has a opening like some N95 masks so its like a shelf over your nose and big enough to cover under your chin. Never have to pull it up. It has enough room I can put in a mouth guard so I can talk easier and still everything stays covered. It also has adjustable ear loops. Good fit, comfortable, easy to breathe and talk through and washes well. I have tried many different kinds of masks and starting seeing this tri-fold design around. Really like that the fabric pulls up for the nose and down under the chin giving full and comfortable coverage. Tho it would be nice if it had a filter pocket it's still very easy to add one inside when circumstances call for a little extra protection. Wish I had found many months ago. This style is now all I wear. Likely most people like myself aren't looking for new masks much anymore but with a funeral coming up I specifically wanted one in black.
