Second time buying this unit. I have one in two rooms, and neither are mine. To be honest, I'm jealous because I know how strong the shelf is and how easy it is to slide the hangers on the pole. It's also easy to install and can be completed in less than half an hour

Product and Customer Support are top notch. Had a big name brand shelf/rod combo come crashing down off my bedroom wall (wasn't aware that it held 5X LESS than a similar EZShelf product). Ordered a new EZShelf product but was delivered the wrong item so I immediately reordered the correct item again. I made a complaint on EZShelf website and the following day I received a call from Josh who I believe may be an owner. He was very apologetic and handled the complaint with true professionalism. He pulled up my new order that was actually through a third party and was able to expedite it to me in a timely manner. The EZShelf unit is so superior to the old unit I had, as I mentioned earlier, it has a 5X more weight capacity than the big name brand. Easy to put up thanks to the level and templates included with the product. My daughter and son n law recently purchased a new home and plan on installing some of these units at their house in the near future.

My son said it was easy to install. He used their instructions and video. They included the level. It is very strong for being lightweight. I am using this in my mudroom closet and needed the flexibility on the width because it was not a standard size. This product is perfect for adjusting sizes. My organization bins fit perfectly on the shelf portion. Absolutely worth the price.

I installed a 96" shelf and hanging rod between 2 closet walls. I normally prefer written instructions (which were included) but I watched the installation video then just followed along. The owner gives a lot of tips in the video that really helped. The only problem that I encountered was that the plastic drywall anchors were very easy to strip with a power drill - fortunately they supplied extras and I just hand screwed them in. The kit came with a magnetic level and the whole assembly, when I was done, was straight and level and installed by one person (though it would have been faster in places with a helper). I'm not really the DIY type and it took me about an hour. Some people complained about the price when looking at the components. I disagree -- the company came up with an adaptable system, one that is easy to assemble, has loads of videos and .pdfs online, and has a 7-day-a-week phone line. This is a lot more than typical cryptic instructions, an allen wrench, and instructions written by who knows that you typically get is some assembly required situations.
