I see this more as a comfortable everyday piece rather than a fashion item, and it works well that way. The fabric is a lightweight polyester viscose knit with a bit of elastane, and it feels really good against the skin. It is soft, flexible and easy to wear for long periods without irritation. Despite not actually being a premium fabric, it is comfortable in a way that matters for casual use. It wears like a t-shirt but looks more refined thanks to the V neck, button detail and gentle pleating at the chest. Construction is straightforward and functional. Interior finishing is simple, with overlocked seams throughout rather than decorative or taped finishes. This does not affect wear or comfort, but it does place the shirt clearly in the value category. The fabric also shows minor natural variation, including a few tiny lighter flecks visible up close, which appear to be part of the knit rather than flaws. These are not noticeable in normal wear. Fit is relaxed and forgiving. For reference, the 2X I received measures about 27 inches across the bust laid flat without stretching, and just over 28 inches in length measured from the back of the neck to the hem. The pleated front and stretch make exact measuring a bit imprecise, but these measurements were consistent with the provided size chart. There is no brand marking on the garment itself beyond a generic care and composition label. One note on care: while the listing suggests hang drying, the sewn-in label allows tumble drying on low, which is convenient for everyday use. Indeed, I've already run mine through the laundry once and used the dryer without issue. Overall, this is best thought of as an around-the-house shirt that feels good to wear but looks more put together than a basic tee. This is quickly becoming my gotta go somewhere throw on shirt. Not only is it beautiful, soft and comfortable. This shirt can be dressed up or down it is a versatile shirt. This v neck shirt is very flattering on a plus size figure. It has generous cloth in bust and arms. In fact normally I wear a 3X and a 42DDD bra, but I could have easily fit into a 2X. This shirt drapes over your problem areas, well mine. My upper arms are hidden and so is my belly. I also have received a lot of compliments on this shirt. It is great work with blue jeans or blue jean shorts. But it can equally be worn with a skirt. Jewelry and accessories can dress it up more. It very much gives off more of a comfortable beach vibe to me. This is offered at a fantastic price. It is not thin at all and very well made. I originally bought this for my wife, who uses it as a work blouse. That should tell you how good the quality is. The stitching is tight and solid, and the material is thick enough that it can be work appropriate and soft enough that you really could just wear it for a summer shirt, the way they advertise it. The sizing is accurate, go off their numbers not Amazon listing of The size measurements Like on some clothes where Amazon honestly does have a better idea of measurements than the seller. I ran it through both a hot and a cold wash on the washing machine; there was no blanching or color loss, no shrinking or tightening. So easy to wash, just toss it in with the laundry.
