This monitor worked for several months but then stopped receiving a signal. I explained the problem to Eyoyo and they quickly sent me a replacement. They are a company that stands by their products. I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

The media could not be loaded. When I contacted Amazon about the monitor failing, they referred me to Eyoyo customer service. There isn’t a phone number, just email. Eyoyo rep responded within 24 hours. I had tried (w/no success) troubleshooting on my own prior to sending the email…such as plugging the monitor into a different outlet….in another room…at a different home…& purchasing another power adapter to try. Nothing worked. They asked me to try ALL of these troubleshooting tips that I had mentioned & to send them a video of my attempts. Which I did. Once they received my email w/video, they asked me to try another power source. I explained again that I had already tried this without success. Since my last response to them, I have not heard back. They won’t reply anymore…& I’m out $105 & stuck with a monitor that does not work. Amazon will not help either since I am past the return date & will only refer me back to the seller. Getting tired of the run around & lack of support from Eyoyo AND Amazon. I usually don’t post negative reviews, but $105 is a good chunk of $$…especially when you’re in a financial hardship. 🤞one of them reads this & will either replace it, or refund me the cost. ****UPDATED REVIEW****👍👍👍👍 A Support Team representative responded to my review & last email. She was very sincere in her apology in regards to the failed support I had previously received, & stated that Eyoyo strives for the best customer service/experience as well as standing behind their products. She offered to either refund the purchase amount or replace it. In the end, I requested the refund since I’ve already purchased a replacement. The refund was processed quickly. I appreciate the (end) customer service I had received in resolving my issue. Had this been done in the beginning, I would’ve opted for a replacement monitor since I had no qualms with its functionality, great detailed picture resolution etc. For future reference, I would encourage EYOYO to further train front line C. S. staff to avoid dilemmas such as this. I’m giving the review 4 stars. The Monitor itself was fine & worked like a champ until it “died” just a little over a year, my issue was just the lack of customer support(in the beginning ) in coming to a resolution. This small security monitor is the best one you can get for the money. It has every input imaginable. The screen when I hooked it up to my Zotac ZBOX Nano came up in 1920x1080 (not the 1024x768) and is very sharp. The speakers are very loud and crystal clear. I am using it for barcade (bartop arcade) machine based on Street Fighter inside an Ion iCade and it fits perfectly. It was packaged very well, in fact more than it needed, which is a good thing. I bought this to use both as a small portable monitor and to hook a Roku up to it. It has been fine for my needs. Good quality picture and customization. Unfortunately, my monitor failed within a year, but it was under warranty and Eyoyo did send a new one out and that has been working just fine. I wanted a small, basic monitor and this works for that. The sound quality is fairly tinny, but that's to be expected from any small monitor. The only thing I wished was different was the stand. It would be nicer if it was able to go another 4-6" higher so you could angle the monitor down a little for better viewing, but all in all it works well and suits my needs. ... show more

I bought 4 of these Eyoyo 12" Inch TFT LCD Monitors during the period 2020 through 2023 for a security camera system. On each of them, the monitors went blank after different rain storms caused a power failure. The problem was fixed by the company's customer service. I received 4 new power cords.
