These are blue light glasses, but they have a strong yellow tint, and I can’t not see it. They are also supposed to be anti glare, but I still see glare. I gave them 4 stars because they seem well made and are very comfortable, so others may not mind the tint, and like them.

Ok, I look like a grumpy librarian in these but I seriously love them. They are light enough not to leave the dreaded nose dents for hours like other heavier reading glasses do. I have noticed my eyes are much less dry, which I did not expect or believe they would help with but they do. This is very important for eye health so I’m very happy as I have had a lot of issues with dry eyes lately. My eyes are less tired now. That one I did expect. Also I am really actually sleeping much better. I did not believe the claim that these would help with that at all but they really do! I seriously love them and have bought several pairs.
