  • Great for People who Work at the Computer All Day
Color: 1806-black-100% Blue Light Blocking Magnification Strength: 0.0 x
I noticed my eyes feeling more strained and tired, especially after sitting at a computer for 8+ hours for work. These have made a difference right away! They fit fine over my glasses and my eyes feel much better since I started using these. As expected from the lens, they give the screen an orange tint. It doesn't make anything hard to see unless you are looking at highlighted text in an email or Excel. The yellow highlight can't be seen with these on, but that's not a big deal. These are good for working remote, but look pretty ridiculous with others around, like having big goggles on! I would opt for getting prescription blue light lenses on your glasses for working in person. These are great for what they are though and work as advertised! ... show more

  • They work well and I use them all the time I'm watching TV, or phone.
Color: 1805-black Red-100% Blue Light Blocking Magnification Strength: 0.0 x
Blue light is worse for your eyes than most people realize. I use these glasses every time I'm on the PC, and almost every time I use the cellphone. They're nice and lightweight. They fit over my glasses, but not my wife's glasses. They attract fingerprints easily but are easy to clean. When I lose a lens from an accidental drop, I find it easy to replace the lens. ... show more

  • So soothing and promotes relaxation and focus in the evenings.
Color: 1806-black-100% Blue Light Blocking Magnification Strength: 0.0 x
I think these are great. Very comfortable. Fits over my glasses. Wear in the evenings for several hours before bedtime especially if watching tv or working on the computer. VERY RELAXING. They cut the blue light that disrupts melatonin production and its release. They are also important to wear if you get up in the middle of the night and need to flip on the light because the light at night will also disrupt the melatonin released in your brain that makes you sleepy and ready to fall back to sleep. (I.e., light exposure at night will wake you up.) So these glasses keep you from experiencing sleep disruption. You may be tempted to use them while drivings since the side lenses allow you to see peripherally. Note, however, that the colors of the traffic lights are changed by the lenses so not safe for driving. The lenses also cut the blue light that can cause macular degeneration over time so that is really important. See David Asprey's website for more information about these wonderful glasses and you can check where you can see how they look when worn. ... show more

  • Decent glasses at an okay price
Color: 1806-tortoise-100% Blue Light Blocking Magnification Strength: 0.0 x
These are decent glasses. The serve their function: strongly blocking blue light while also fitting over regular prescription glasses. I do like them. I just feel that for the price (almost 30 bucks) the quality should be a little higher. The frames are comfortable. The size is decent. They fit ok over my smallish to moderately sized acetate frame glasses. Not awesome, but enough to be useable. I have an older pair that are slightly smaller and have a metal half frame with nose pads. The Eyekeppers fit much more effectively over those and do not functionally fit over my moderately sized cat eye Rayban frames. The frames are very squared off so they do not completely meet the face on the outer part so some light can get around there, particularly when worn over the thicker acetate frame glasses. They still work decently though. The lens color is great. Definitely blocks a very high percentage of blue light. I am pleased with their function in this respect. They definitely feel and perform like cheap plastic lenses though. They smudge insanely easily. Absurdly easily. I do feel like they will almost certainly scratch very easily as well. Time will tell, but I fully expect scratches to happen very quickly/easily even with the utmost care. Hopefully I will be proven wrong in that area. Bottom line: Do they work? Yes. They have been very effective in aiding my avoidance of blue light in the couple hours before bed. (Even with the small amount of light that can sneak around the edges.) Are they comfortable to wear? Yes. They are much more comfortable to wear for extended periods than my previous Uvex pairs and the fact that they allow me to wear prescription lenses underneath relatively comfortably makes it much easier for me to use them consistently with less frustration. Are they worth the money? I would say so. I feel like the quality of materials is more of a 20 dollar range than almost 30, but they do seem well constructed and the design is decent. Compared to the price of similar style fitover blueblocking glasses, I would say they are a decent value for a more budget friendly option. If you are not sure you are ready to commit and want to try this type of glasses out without investing a ton, or if you just don't have the budget to drop 80+ dollars for an extra snazzy pair of fitovers or hundreds for prescription amber lenses, these are a very good option. If it were possible I would give them more like 3.5 or 3.75 stars. I am happy I have them and satisfied with my purchase. ... show more

  • Absolutely outstanding glasses.
Color: 1805-black-100% Blue Light Blocking Magnification Strength: 0.0 x
They are awesome! They protect you from the frond, and the sides, and the top! The glasses have a opening in the sides and a amber lens inside that protect the sides of your eyes when you face away from a big screen. Normal glasses would allow blue light into the sides of your eyes, but these wont! They also don't allow any blue light into the top opening of the glasses either! They have more of the glasses frame build up there like goggles to keep light out when you look down to write something while in front of a blue light emitting screen. It's awesome! But, they are tight. Be warned, if you have a large head and also like to force glasses on without taking the time to give it a slight squeeze before sliding them onto your face, you might break these. They are not loose or flexible, but are tight when putting them on and only become "loose/comfortable" when put on. ... show more
