I work on the computer all day, then study at night. It's hard to fall asleep when my mind is over stimulated and racing. I've tried other "yellow-lenses" that didn't work, but these really seemed to help. I used them and my eyes weren't as tired and dry before bed, AND I got to sleep easier than usual, which is the main reason I bought them. (I'm on a computer 12+ hours a day, and trying to get to sleep, and stay asleep, has been an issue for years). They fit very comfortably over my existing glasses, they are light-weight, very clear optics, and seemed to work very effectively. I got the tortoise-shell frame half-frame, and they are very attractive and would work for either a man or a woman. They are well polished, and not only are the glasses nicely made, but the hard case is very durable and will protect them. I am very, very well pleased. The nice zippered hard case has a clip that you could snap on your backpack or bag, and included a drawstring pouch and cleaning cloth - very nicely and carefully packaged even inside the case, to avoid scratches. I was VERY impressed with the quality and the value for the price. I bought this pair for home use at night, but I'm going to get another pair for work and see if they reduce fatigue (I work in IT) from all the screen time.

Excellent for computer work

These glasses work quite well. No distortion whatever. They seem to reduce eye strain when working on computer at night. They are very comfortable and fit over my glasses and also work without my glasses. They are study and lightweight. Highly recommend.

Blocks Blue Light

Used these glasses today during daylight because of having cataracts in both eyes. But with these on during daylight it's hard to see a green traffic light. I can clearly see Red, I can clearly see Orange. But, I can dimly see some green traffic lights, some not at all. Took them off and replaced with my gray prescription sunglasses. I used these a couple of evenings ago and they worked perfectly to reduce oncoming headlight LED glare. Traffic lights showed clearly also: Red, Orange, and Green clearly visible at dusk.

Good for blocking blue light, but frame is too narrow to block light from above

The frames of these blue-blocking glasses are 155mm wide. That's the widest frame offered by Eyekepper and most other brands that deign to include frame width in the product description. They look good, and they completely cover my old, narrower glasses, so I give them 4 stars. But my new glasses are about 160mm wide. Instead of letting my glasses nest all the way inside, these blue-blockers rest on my glasses. That's far better than not fitting at all, they're light weight enough not to pull my glasses down, and the price is reasonable. But they should come with a blue-blocking casino dealer visor, if there is such a thing. They don't completely fit around the glasses, so peripheral blue light comes in from above. I'll probably keep them because the only wider blue-blockers I've found so far are 165mm (probably too wide) and cost $59.95; they look like red safety goggles, so they're profoundly ugly, yet lack any actual protective safety features to justify the price.

These fit over glasses ok, not fantastic. But I noticed a difference in my sleep the very first night of using them! I have chronic insomnia, and the past 5 days of using these I have fallen asleep so much faster and stayed asleep longer than ever before. Very happy! Would definitely recommend!

Only buy these if you have a very small head. These appear to have made for children, they would not fit over any normal famed glasses, maybe wire frames but not over plastic frames.

Nice for people with small noses

So these are well-made and have a sturdiness to them. My only issue is where they sit on the bridge of my nose. I have a wide bridge, and these over my regular glasses dug into my nose. I could only stand the pressure for a short time. It also feels odd to see everything with an orange tint. They did help me to see better on the computer. If you have a small bridge, you will probably be happy with them.
