Almay has always been my go-to for make-up remove pads. I usually get the pre-soaked cotton rounds at my local CVS, but recently they have stopped carrying the Almay brand. I bought some re-useable cloth rounds and figured this makeup remover would be a good way to use them. It's just not the same; it feels oilier and I have to scrub way harder to try to get stuff like mascara off. This eye makeup remover worked pretty well for the money. It is not irritating but did leave a slight greasy feel on eyelids after using. It's a good backup to have on hand, but we didn't like as well as the Neutrogena eye makeup remover

It works well and removes makeup even waterproof like a charm. It’s a little bit oily for my liking but it’s a nice cheaper alternative to other micellar water and cleansing products I’ve used in the past.
