I have a 2015 Q50 with the 3.7. Exhaust came well packaged and the seller got it to me 5 days before the Amazon estimate so thanks extreme online! The pipes seemed to be of high quality steel tubing, had nice welds, and the SS tips were very nice looking. Install was super easy it’s only 4 bolts. The left pipe is a perfect fit and the right may be like a quarter inch off but it’s really hard to notice unless you blatantly stare. TBH I’ve never had a bolt on exhaust be an absolute perfect fit and I’ve had several over the years on a number of vehicles. As far as sound I agree with another reviewer here that it can basically be as loud or as quiet as you want. A cold start is thunderous but it quiets down as it warms up. If you keep your foot out of it driving it’s not bad at all and at WOT is loud AF. I have a slight drone in a couple rpm ranges but it’s really not that annoying. Overall I’m very satisfied at 229 dollars I don’t think you can go wrong here if your looking for some sound from your Q50. ... show more

This axle back exhaust mod opened up the engine sound very nicely. It can be as quiet as u want it on the highway with no droning, or as loud as heck when driving “spirited”. Exactly what I was looking for. Had a bit of an issue with rust - contacted the seller. He was very prompt with response and after a few conversations sent me a new unit suspecting first set may have been defective in that regard. So far so good. Worse come to worse I think I may paint it to avoid rusting issue moving forward. Installation is straightforward and quick, as long as u know how to hold a wrench in your hand. No tinkering or welding or any adjustments needed. Overall I’m very happy with this mod and the seller. Would strongly recommend. Keep your original exhaust in case decide to sell the car and new owner wants it quiet. ... show more

This muffler delete is worth the money. I was going back and forth for over two months on whether or not I wanted to spend the money on this or more of a brand name. The sound is pretty good (a little drone around 2500 rpm) but I will say if you don't like loud, I would not go with a muffler delete. The welds are good quality and they lined up perfect. The install was actually a pain but that's because the four bolts that need to be removed were rusted on and rounded with almost no pressure. An hour with an angle grinder fixed that. Once removed it took me ten minutes to put in and start the car. TLDR: Great kit for the money if you want to add a louder exhaust to your Q50 ... show more

I installed it on the Q50 Red Sport and oh boy does it sound good! it's definitely a must! I have stock exhaust and it's quite when it has to be. no annoying droning in the freeway. took me 15 mins to install... super easy and straight forward.
