Even though the pads are thin, they absorb a lot of liquid. I have 2 large greyhounds, and they immediately took to using the pads at night, and the large size is big enough so that they can pee in the middle of the pad without any seepage. I use one pad per dog laying them together vertically and it is so reassuring when I hear them pee at night knowing I don’t have to worry about any leak-thru. I have a 12lb , 16 year old dog. He has, added to age etc arthritis.. these work for him, and the cost is great. Absorbency and size are my most important issues and this product suits both of us, taking into consideration his issues. Oh most importantly he uses them not a rug or somewhere I wouldn’t want. I insure that the pad(s) are in spots he goes to. I have nothing to complain about these pads, I need to know what works for my dog ... show more

I like the size and construction of this pad. Our dog is peepee pad trained and this brand works out very well for her needs. My only problem is that I find it difficult to open the plastic bag that they come in. I usually end up ripping the first pad, which means the pad is useless.

I like these but if my Frenchie puppy pees more than once on this pad, it goes straight through to my floor. Needs better absorbency. I’m sure if you have a chihuahua or something tiny, it’ll work out just fine. But if you have a medium to large breed puppy, you’re gonna be mopping your floors.
