This is a beautiful scooter. It's a smooth ride. Before using, I recommend you set your speed dial to 10 or less. This scooter really has some get up and go. It's really easy to maneuver. I highly recommend it. We encountered a couple of problems, one being a miscommunication so I spoke with Sarah Jackson. She solved the problem within 24 hours. Then we had a small mechanical problem.     • Not for the feint of heart
It's a good scooter, but be careful who you buy it from. My hubby & I bought ours from SpinLife & warranty issues are a nightmare. As the previous owner said, it isn't made to go slow, or in crowded places. But it is a fun ride.

    • Possible Scooter Issues
I have nothing but headaches with this scooter. First of all it does not get 43 miles on a battery charge even on flat ground. I am lucky if I get 30 minutes a charge. I have ordered new batteries but they have not arrived yet. I had to get a new charger! The new charger cost $100 and batteries $300. To have a technician come out just to look at the problem is $175. That is not even putting in the new batteries plus checking for other possible problems. I am not that heavy... 200lbs. It is suppose to hold 500lbs. This scooter has potential but, I have not found it yet. It goes faster then 15miles per hour. More like 19-20 miles per hour. I like the scooter, just wish it worked as advertised! ... show more

    • Great fast ride
Great fast ride. Hard to control speed in crowded areas. EBS very strong and immediate. Again, not really meant for low speed, crowded spaces.
