    • MISLEADING: CRIB WILL NOT CONVERT AS PICTURED!!!!
DO NOT BUY THESE BEDS IF YOU WANT A FULL SIZE BED WITHOUT A FOOTBOARD AS PICTURED! The Evolur and Dream On Me 5 in 1 convertible cribs will not convert to the bull size bed without footboard as shown on this listing. You will purchase the full size rails expecting this to be an option but it will not work. This orientation requires a low profile footboard piece that they no longer make but this is not mentioned anywhere on their website or through their customer service chat. Yet they continue to show this option on on the image of every 5 in 1 crib that they sell. I purchased the full set 4 years ago thinking I had everything I needed for conversion to toddler and full size bed because no additional pieces are shown as needed or available to purchase. I purchased specifically for this option to NOT use the front of the crib as the footboard because i knew I wouldnā€™t want it. Fast forward to pulling the rails out of storage only to discover that the rails without the footboard will not work but since so much time has passed, neither Evolur or Amazon will do anything to assist. I have brand new full rails still in the box and out over $200 and still need to buy my kid a new bed. Evolur customer service is pretty useless. I called their phone number which just tells you to send an email that they barely respond to. When I finally got someone to reply, they said, sorry we donā€™t make it because of COVID 19 manufacturing problems (4 years later!? Right) just use the footboard or go buy a different bed frame. They donā€™t care about customer satisfaction because they already have their money. This is clear bait and switch and intentionally misleading parents to buy these full rails thinking they have what is needed. Hi bought this crib in 2018 and loved it! Loved it as a toddler bed too. However, after recently converting it to the full-size bed, Iā€™m very disappointed. For one, there are only 4 thick slats that hold up the mattress. My other childrenā€™s beds have 15 and 13 slats. Those slats are thinner but they hold their mattress up better. Since there are only four slats, I couldnā€™t position any of them at the very head or foot of the bed or else there would be too much of a gap between the inner slats. So when I put a bed skirt on, it just flopped to the floor since thereā€™s no slat there to hold it up. The other disappointing thing is there are 4 holes in the headboard that were used for screws when it was a crib/toddler bed. My other kidsā€™ convertible crib came with pieces to fill unused holes. I contacted Evolur and they donā€™t make filler pieces. So Iā€™m left with being able to see through the headboard straight to the wall. Iā€™ve included a pic of 2 of the holes in the headboard, a pic of how the bed skirt flops because thereā€™s no slat at the foot, a pic of the four slats, and a pic of my other kidā€™s bed with 15 slats. My husband is scared heā€™ll fall through the slats if he lays in the bed so weā€™re having to add additional pieces of wood to give it the support it needs. If it werenā€™t for these two issues, I would have given it 5 stars. ... show more

Great looking furniture. Easy installation directions. The reason I only have it 3 stars was the wood was dented in numerous areas, from the manufacturer. Shipping box was in great condition and packaging was well done. I was on the fence of returning it due to the dents all over but I Already taken it out of the box and didn't want to go through the repackage of this and getting it shipped out. ... show more
