This lists the Circut Maker 2 as one of the machines this can hold. Well, it can, but it is TIGHT. I had to pull and vocalize my opinion getting my machine into this case. Once I got it in, though, I knew it wasn't going to be damaged by bumps during a move!

This is a great way to store and transport your Cricut!! Seems to be holding up rather well. I like that the sides are rigid. There is plenty of space to store your Cricut tools and the power cord. Also like that there are velcro straps that keep the Cricut from moving around in the tote. I have a 12" paper cutter that came with my Cricut, and I just put it on top of the Cricut and zip it right in. ... show more

I went with this storage tote for my new Cricut Explore Air 2 because I thought the black and white print was cute and it matched the aesthetic of my room decor. Unfortunately it's not padded like the Cricut tote from their site and the way that the bag opens is not practical. The way that the handles are positioned on the bag, I still find that I have to turn the bag on it's side to unzip. Therefore when I open the bag my machine is on it's side rather than flat down. I feel if I don't make sure the inside strap velcro is around my machine properly, it will hit the floor. I also feel this defeats the purpose of buying a bag that the sides drop down so that you don't have to remove your machine fully from the bag when in use, like advertised in pictures. Also, if you decide to try to cut anything and leave your machine in the bag by dropping down the sides (if you have pens attached in their spot on the bottom) they tend to get in the way. ... show more
