Description

Before ordering, please measure your total requirement and add 6% to allow for the overlap required when joining the sections together. Available in three sizes: 3", 4", and 5". The 3" EverEdge size is idea for most applications, however. One piece construction, with six x 3.7" ground spikes. Each pack contains 5 x 39" lengths for a total of 16.25 ft. Each 39" long x approximately 1.6 mm thick section of EverEdge locks permanently into the next. Corners, curves or circles are easily pre-formed by bending the mild steel lawn edging over a wooden edge. This edging is the best stuff I ever found. I cannot believe how thick and sturdy each piece is. The way they lock together is great. I’m using them up against my chain-link fence. To start my neighbors rocks from coming through and killing my grass. Bending them to a 45 or 90° angle is fairly easy even with the thickness. I needed to bend it in a half a circle to go around a 3 inch pipe that holds up the fence. I took one piece to the machine shop and the rolled it to the exact size. I will be placing a couple more orders because I’m going to be making a couple flower boxes. It still is very sturdy enough to hold together and the painted steel I won’t have to worry about it rusting ... show more

This metal edging is of excellent quality and easy to install around the edge of my garden to separate the ground cover from the vegetable planting area. I have also used it to replace rotted out pressure treated 2x4s that separated the roadside edging of Hosta from the grass which I mow. I started out buying 3 sets of 5 for the vegetable garden and have now purchased an additional 3 sets to use in the front where the Hosta grows. Nice heavy duty edger. Installation was no more difficult than a cheap edger; by nature a good installation requires a bit of effort. I am confident the edger will last and will do its job. Probably will purchase more.

    • Works great to make tiny terraces on gentle slopes

I have used these to gently terrace a garden space, so when watering the soil doesn't erode and the water doesn't flow over the slope surface rather than soak in.
