It was very long and I did have to have it shortened. I also had the lower opening in the sleeves tacked so there were 3 openings instead of 2. I bought this for a wedding I am going to and the bride requested everyone wear black. This arrived quickly. This dress is made well and hangs beautifully on me. I gave 4 stars because I had to alter the shoulders and bust. It was just a little too low and long for me. I took it up in the shoulders about an inch and it fits perfect! Has nice stretch and is very comfortable.

I ordered this in my usual (non-pregnant) size and was pleasantly surprised that it fit perfectly even with my growing baby bump! I would highly recommend for a pregnant bride looking for a good option for a wedding dress. It's simple, but lovely and just what I wanted given that I can't wear the tight sexy dress I otherwise would've gone for. This looks classy and I'm not worried about it looking cheap in photos.

I wore this dress to a wedding in an ice cave on a glacier in Iceland. It ended up going through the wringer - including being trampled on by crampons more than once and it held up and looked great despite the rough treatment. I thought for sure it would be ripped to shreds but the dress made it all the way back to CA in just as good condition as when it left. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality.

The dress is pretty and it's well made but I have some issues with it: 1) crazy static, it attracts lint like crazy. 2) the waist decoration sits higher if you have a longer torso which makes it look like a baby doll type of dress. 3) the neckline is pretty in the pictures but in my opinion is a little too low. I ended up returning as it wasn't what I wanted.
