After reading many reviews, I decided to chance it and purchase the ZOO. I'm not sure what styles some of these reviews are based on because they don't seem to apply to this item. The toys are very safe and secure, with no strings to wrap around necks, and no crevices to pinch tiny fingers. There is no extra padding on the seating area, but most other seats like this don't offer that and it hasn't been a problem. My 7 1/2 month old bounces just fine in this and doesn't get sore. She loves the fun activities - and so do I! This zoo has one I haven't seen before: a lion face that slides in and out. It was the first thing she wanted to play with and kept her occupied for over ten minutes. I am not using the overhead bar because the toy safety guidelines clearly state that if your baby can push up on hands and knees, this needs to be removed. My daughter was 29" at her 6 month checkup and I was concerned that she wouldn't be able to use this toy, since the maximum height is 30" or feet flat on the ground, but even though she is very tall, her feet are still on tiptoe so I am pleased she can enjoy this toy for a while. The only part I think is strange and would choose to do without, is the rocking feature of the base. It kind of tilts every way and maybe this is to absorb impact for heavy jumpers, but the little legs that fold out to refrain this feature don't work too well...but it's not a huge issue. It does't rock THAT much... This was very straightforward and easy to assemble. There is a handle on the base for picking it up to move it across the room, but I often just grab a toy - they're secure enough to lift the lightweight frame. My daughter spins easily in this and the seat is roomy while still being supportive. There is plenty of room in the leg holes too. I am happy I purchased this, especially for the price.

The quality on this is amazing, all toys are attached with cords so they don’t go far, the color and design are cute and very fun! Adjustable height, very stable and weighs very little. Wide base for great functionality and no tipping!

I saw this while browsing amazon and thought it was super cute for my son. Normally I don't put things together, I wait for my husband, but decided to give this a try. The instructions were very easy to follow and the bouncer was super easy to put together. The only thing that confused me was it mentioned batteries but didn't clarify where they go or what they are used for since nothing on the bouncer seems to make noise or light up. Perhaps it's for some sort of extension and I didn't read clearly. The unit seems very safe and secure. The toys are very cute and keep him very entertained and he absolutely loves it! My baby girl has loved this exersaucer the entire month we've had it. She's 5 months old now and she's the perfect size for it; however, when we first got it, we had to shove a blanket inside the seat with her to help steady her body. She also originally couldn't touch the bottom on the lowest setting with both feet, but that's ok. We laid a flat throw pillow in the bottom to help her reach and stabilize herself. The smiley face on the flower is super funny to her - she's constantly smiling at it and she loves when I bend it over and let it go to pop back up. She also loves the clanking plastic sound of the cake pieces when they hit together. I keep the exersaucer in the kitchen and am able to put her in there to play and do the dishes and cook. It's been a lifesaver. It has several open spots that serve like a little tray to lay another baby toy on or attach one with a suction cup. This allows parents to make the exersaucer even more engaging for babies. I found it easy to put together, but I was a little surprised at how many different pieces it was in when I first took it out of the box. I'm giving it 5 stars instead of 4 because some of the plastic has lighter areas on it from where you can see the springs below it. You can tell the plastic is stressed in some areas, which I guess is expected from such an inexpensive baby item.

I have two babies in my daycare and needed another exersaucer. I was unsure about this one at first as it doesn't have as many toys as some of the other ones. I got it because the price is great and happy to say, they love it! It bounces and that seems to be what these babies want the most. I did have to put it together and was a bit overwhelmed at all the pieces but the directions are very clear and I was able to get it put together in less than twenty minutes with the help of a couple of toddlers. It wipes clean and the seat cover comes off so I can wash it. They do like to play with the toys also and seem to love the bear. The height can be easily adjusted between babies and only takes a couple seconds. I do Overall, I love it. It has been greatly appreciated. The price is great and it keeps the babies content.

Bought this for my 5 month old after seeing them at a local thrift store at a higher price . so glad I got this she absolutely loves it. The bottom is curved and she likes to jump and rock herself back and forth for hours. It was really easy to put together no to old are needed it took me about 5 minutes with the assistance of a 5 year old. The colors aren't that bright but my baby loves it and I have hooked a few different toys onto it as well . I know she's safe in it as long as its in the middle of the room and she can't reach anything to pull down and all our furniture is secure so I can actually run to the bathroom while she is in it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a little one she probably could have gone in this at 3 months but I was looking for a good price and here it is .

I work in a daycare and we have one other Exersaucer that is old with missing toys, so we needed a new one. I saw the Zoo Friends Exersaucer and bought it for the cheap price. It arrived quickly and was fairly easy to assemble. No tools or batteries needed for this model. It's fantastic in my opinion! The seat cover is made of plastic but has a second layer of cloth under to make it strong. It's held by several clips on the seat and very durable. The entire thing is made up mostly of durable, thick plastic. There were no sharp edges or pieces that could hurt baby. As long as you follow the directions, trust that your baby is safe. The colors are very bright and friendly for baby. Be aware that the toys on this model are simple and are not electronic or need batteries. They do not sing or light up, so go for another model if that's what you want. I, however, love the simple toys. They're fun and entertaining without all the noise. The toys are rattles and teething toys you attach wherever you like on the tray, and you can always move them around, along with the large bar with monkeys. You can remove it if you don't want it. The height adjustments are very helpful. All of our little babies are between 9 and 10 months old, and the second peg works fine for all of them. It also has the red stabilizers on the bottom to keep it still. Babies are able to jump easily with or without the stabilizers and it's a very good entertainer for what you pay for it. I would definitely recommend this.
