This is a great little camera except for the fact that one day I opened the app and I was looking at someone else's cameras NOT mine. for about 8hrs I was able to look at someone else's cameras and they or someone else had access to mine. Luckily I could only see their driveway and backyard not inside the home. I emailed Eufy and the issue was corrected kinda quickly. We have been migrating from Wyze Cams which had lots of problems and many missing features. This Eufy Pan & Tilt 2K Cam is awesome. The picture quality is great. Person detection is very accurate and alerts occur in seconds. We love the ability to use the Eufy App on our Chromebooks and the web interface is good for our PC. The ability to see when events happen in the playback timeline and the ability to fast forward up to 16X on playback make reviewing video playbacks easy and fast. No Cam Plus needed! ... show more

Requires a seperate app. It does not use Homekit local and iCloud storage. Tries to sell you their cloud storage. I will return.

I am impressed with this camera. I bought this camera to put in my garage because I installed a MyQ garage opener for the delivery of my Amazon packages. Love the motion tracking feature with this camera. Wish the eufy cam 2c that I have could pan and tilt like this. Or even better, wish these were rated for outdoor use. ... show more

    • Regret my purchase will b returning
Although I was able to install my camera and i could successfully direct both the pan & tilt I was unable to address the menu abs when I tried I was told it was unable to connect. Also, you cannot put this on a higher shelf as you are limited in how much you can pan down.

Great image quality and resolution, motion detection is sometimes off. The app is super use friendly and the notifications are spot on most of the time. O have two of these cameras and the video doorbell. So far great product loving it.

I love eufy. All the products are good. It’s the best security system I’ve had. I have it inside and outside my house. This unit you can turn it from your phone to look at anything within range of it. It’s perfect. I wish they made an outdoor camera like this
