Eucerin has developed two ranges for hypersensitive skin - UltraSENSITIVE and AntiREDNESS -with each product addressing the three signs and symptoms that are consistent with the condition: a compromised skin barrier, hyper-reactive sensory fibres and redness, often caused by inflammation. Eucerin UltraSENSITIVE Soothing Care Dry skin is recommended for hypersensitive skin where the main symptom is an unpleasant skin feel with burning, stinging or itchiness but with no visible signs of redness. Applied after cleansing, it instantly calms and soothes dry, hypersensitive skin on the face, neck and décolleté giving long- lasting skin comfort and protection while special waxes in the cream leave skin feeling nourished and moisturised. As hypersensitive skin is characterised by a compromised skin barrier this makes the underlying sensory fibres react faster and much stronger to stressors. This is my new daytime moisturizer. I love the packaging, the texture and it doesn’t clog my pores. It sinks into my skin and moisturizes but doesn’t leave a greasy feel.

The perfect moisturizer for super sensitive skin. It has a nice gel-cream texture and is very moisturizing. NO SCENT whatsoever! Great winter moisturizer for dry skin without being too heavy, and it leaves a cosmetically elegant finish on the skin. I use a pretty thick layer of this day and night over damp skin to lock in hydration... it just feels great on the skin. And it has never once given me a reaction!! After my first bottle I came back and bought 3 more just so I won't run out anytime soon. If you have super sensitive skin, give it a try. ... show more

Right off the bat, the product arrived with the mfr's packaging pretty smashed up. When I went to try the product for the first time, I pressed down on the applicator button but nothing came out. It has an odd delivery system so I thought there must be some trick to opening it up. I read the box and there were no instructions but it said before first use, to check the leaflet on the inside of the box. Unfortunately, the product info. leaflet was missing from the box. I sent an Amazon message to the seller and they wouldn't even acknowledge my purchase despite sending them my Amazon order number. I tried turning the top several times with no luck, then pushed down and turned it a few times, and finally got the product to come out, but I'm still upset that I can't get the product. info. leaflet because I don't have any other info on the priduct now (ingredients, etc.). I've only used it a few times and haven't noticed any noticeable moisturizing benefit, but my sensitive skin didn't seem to get irritated by it and I am happy there is no scent to it. If I end up having an overall improvement in the moisture of my skin after using it for a while, I'll update the review. ... show more
