I am giving 4 stars. I feel that's 5 star should be out of this world. With that said, my stars shouldn't diminish all the product DOES offer. I have been a long time user of Alora products. Their price point is considerably higher and the products are apples and oranges including varying in size and length of reeds etc...Only having product for a few days, I feel it gives off considerable scent and a pleasant one at that. I had hoped it would be robust like LeLabo Santal. It is no Santal but unique in itself. It is a scent I would feel comfortable gifting to others. Natural to the design, the longer the reeds absorb the oils the more effective or noticeable the scent becomes. I look forward to seeing how the diffuser performs in coming months. I believe I will be purchasing additional diffusers @ minimum for myself because the price point. One hinderance which I will tolerate cause it beats the alternative, is the plastic cap that must be removed prior to use is difficult to remove. Again, beats getting a box where oil has leaked all over. ... show more

There were an assortment of scents to choose from, I went with the mint and eucalyptus smell. The diffuser comes with wooden sticks and a real plant that's a bit dried out, in this case it was mint leaves on stem that you put into the diffuser liquid with the wooden sticks. Didn't notice if the plant adds much to the scent but it adds a nice touch to the diffuser display. This diffuser is not too overpowering in smell and provides enough to mask typical home smells depending on where you place it. I don't have any animals in the house so I'm not sure how well it does there, mainly have it in the living room to give a fresh scent to the area. I've had this diffuser for about a month now and it's only decreased the liquid level by about a third, so I'd say youll get about 3 months use out it. ... show more

The plastic cap was a little bit difficult to pry off at first. Those with dexterity issues may need help. The initial rush of scent may be overpowering but it does settle down once the sticks are inserted. It’s been a month, at least, and it still has plenty of fluid left. The scent is mild. Update: It’s January 28, 2024. It’s been exactly 4 months since I received this diffuser. I’m flabbergasted that the oil in this diffuser is only half gone (see pic) and STILL smells amazing in the bathroom. It’s just as fragrant as it was the day I opened it. I love it! I like this Sweet Memoir Fragrances Reed Diffuser. It’s packaged well in a sturdy box. I didn’t realize it came with dried flowers so that was a pleasant moment. I wouldn’t call them dried, really. They had moisture to them when I removed them from the bag. I think it’s baby’s breath but not sure. They’re green and smell terrific on their own, though you have to get them right up to your nose. It was a unique addition. The fragrance in this Bamboo scented kit is airy, light and fresh. It’s not overpowering or underwhelming. I have it in a small bathroom and its the perfect strength. Our cat has asthma and strong fragrances will send her into an attack and she’s not bothered by it. I will be buying more for Christmas presents. ... show more
