I contacted Espresso support and they shipped out another cable within a few days and the new cable worked great! Expensive already for a new product but to pay full price and receive an open box item with finger prints still on the screen; not happy. Plugged it in, indicates swipe up for settings but nothing happens. I have an HDMI monitor attached also, seems to be confused as to which monitor is touch sensitive as I click and I see on wrong monitor. ... show more

I'm still waiting after 3 weeks for Espresso to ship me a new cable because the monitor does not work. I've been in constant communication with their customer service, yet no follow through. Pretty sad customer service.

Monitor works great. Picture quality is excellent. It's really something special. Make sure you buy everything individually though! This product is JUST the monitor. I opened it thinking it would be ready to go immediately. Now it's sitting flat on my desk as I wait for the stand of it to be actually usable. If you're going to charge that much, throw in something basic so people can actually use it when they open it. That's pretty nickle and dimey of you, Espresso. Poor customer experience. Every other monitor I've bought at least has something to prop it upright 🤷♂️ ... show more
