I didn’t think a telescope at this price would be able to see planets as good as it does. With the 2.5mm was able to see Jupiter’s moons. place on solid ground. the legs are thin and wiggly so prone to vibrations. otherwise way worth its price.

This telescope is ok for a starter for a child. It's very flimsy and can break very easily. We have been unable to actually use it yet but fingers crossed it doesn't break before we even can. Maybe invest a little bit more into something more sturdy.

All of these telescope is great for beginners. I got it for my sister as a Christmas gift and she loves it. It’s perfect for beginners and it comes with all the tools you need and also something that you can put on your phone to take pictures as well. My sister really love it. It’s perfect.

I bought this for Christmas for my son. We just had a chance to try to put it together. I didn't expect anything fancy but this was a complete waste of money because it doesn't work. The "eyepieces" fell apart with a tiny piece of clear plastic as soon as I opened them. The directions made no sense at all. What I was able to put together was one "lens" which didn't do much. Nothing can be seen at night. Too late for a refund but money wasted. ... show more
