The ERTL Big Farm Lights and Sounds Peterbilt Model is a great addition to any collection. It features a truck with a dump box and snow plow. The dump box lifts, and the gate opens, making it easy to dump out whatever you're hauling when you reach your destination. Removable snow blade lifts and pivots to push that "snow" out of the roadway. This truck surpassed my expectation. It is really big and very detailed. It looks sturdy as well and pretty realistic. I bought this truck for my Grandson for Christmas. He idolizes my son (his Granddad) who is a timber faller. I'm sure he will love this gift.

I had a tough time spending so much for a plastic truck but my grandson loves it! The lights and sounds add a lot. My kids grew up with the metal tonka trucks that are still in good condition after 30 years. They played hard and were a little tough on toys. I am not sure this truck will hold up as well. My grandson enjoys moving parts and things that open and close. These details sold me on this truck but at the same time, I can see the doors falling off and the plastic snow plow attachment breaking. Time will tell! ... show more

My four year old grandson who lives and breathes construction toys saw an ad for this and wanted it so much. I got it for his birthday despite the high price and it was his favorite present. All trucks like this cost about $75-125 because they are so big! Don’t expect metal on toys- they don’t make it like that anymore. We bought three: this one, the log one from the supplier and one with a Mac, trailer and tractor from tractor supply. This one seemed the most boring to all the adults and I think it turned into the favorite for how much stuff it can hold.
