The ERTL Big Farm Lights and Sounds Peterbilt Model is a great addition to any collection. It features a truck with a dump box and snow plow. The dump box lifts, and the gate opens, making it easy to dump out whatever you're hauling when you reach your destination. Removable snow blade lifts and pivots to push that "snow" out of the roadway. I had a tough time spending so much for a plastic truck but my grandson loves it! The lights and sounds add a lot. My kids grew up with the metal tonka trucks that are still in good condition after 30 years. They played hard and were a little tough on toys. I am not sure this truck will hold up as well. My grandson enjoys moving parts and things that open and close. Bought this for a gift and for the price I expected better quality. It’s completely plastic, flimsy at that and I don’t see it holding up for long. Save your money and get a Bruder truck instead. They also are overpriced but are more durable. A lot of them have a good bit of metal components at least. ... show more

This truck has the wow factor because of its size...it is large! BUT, the back trailer does not hook easily to the front. The claw is kind of hard to work for my 4 year old grandson whose birthday I bought it for. He liked the fact that the door opens, but he was definitely frustrated with the back trailer. This was my sons biggest Christmas request. We got it in a timely manner. Set it all up very easily, It’s supper cool, all the logs come with it and the transporter moves great and he can pick up the logs and move them around. He’s got about 5 big trucks going on so he lines them all up and loves playing with them. Only disappointed it didn’t come with the hitch to hold on the second trailer so when he’s driving them both around the second one usually falls off and is hard to drive very far with it staying on.
