    • Suitable desk for 3 small-medium monitors

Purchased the 63" wide, which is actually only 27.5" deep. My job has me spending entirely too much time in front of a screen, and that's just not good on the body. I looked at IKEA desks that met my needs, and they were all well north of $800. After a lot of looking, I selected this and pulled the trigger. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The frame appears to be powder coated, and the finish is really nice on the paint, with the caveat they missed some areas near hole cuts with their spray process. That could be an issue in humid environments, but isn't a deal breaker for me. Assembly wasn't bad, although folks with mobility or strength impairments won't be able to do it themselves. The hardware was very nice considering the price-point, and the instruction manual was well written and concise. The only criticism other than nitpicking the paint would be the table top. It's cheap, and with the way the screws attach, I question longevity. That being said, replacing it shouldn't be hard. The finish on it is notably not durable per other reviewers, so I hit it with an acrylic sealer upon receipt. That seems to have done the trick for maintaining the aesthetic, which is a nice wood grain veneer. The motor seems to work well, as do the memory settings on the controller. I haven't tested it through a power loss, but it's simple enough to program that I don't consider it an issue. As for stability, it isn't perfect with two monitors and a laptop on it, but I think it works well enough. I have it deployed on padded carpet. A non-carpeted floor might have slightly more stability. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and would do it again. ... show more
