I ordered this for my 4’1” 7-year-old in the L (6-8), which according to the size chart was a good match both for age and height. Sadly, the crotch is a full inch - at least - below my child’s actual crotch when pulled as tight as possible and the waistband sitting at her waist. I have a long-legged child and apparently should’ve ordered the XL. It just seemed like a stretch already to order an L for a gangly 7-year-old. The tights themselves seem good quality and durable - I can believe they’d manage to get fewer runs in them than thinner/cheaper varieties.

While there is nothing exceptional about these tights, they are your standard dance tights, they are soft and thick enough. I think they are fairly priced for the quality and with how my daughter goes through tights, I will likely order again. They fit true to size and are comfortable according to my daughter.

She’s a tall 5-year old, so I ordered a large, and they fit her really well. She says she likes them, and that they feel good. There is a crotch area, so they can be worn without underwear. These tights are nice. They run true to size. I got them for my daughters ballet class. They are very thick and strong feeling. They definitely will not rip easily. They have a sort of silky feeling to them as well and the ballet pink color perfectly matches her other pink ballet items.

These tights are an excellent deal for what you get. The material is soft yet strong and these have good stretch. These don't rip very easily and wash well in a garment bag on a cold cycle.

My daughter was not a fan of tights until she tried on these ones. She said they fit perfectly and they were so soft. The waistband didn't bother her. The white is more opaque than sheer. She normally wears size 12 and these were a perfect fit.
