The media could not be loaded. Well, I plugged it in for first charge and it got so hot that I smelt the plastic, looked over, and the thing had began to bubble. It was so hot that I had problems unplugging it. I did request a replacement, flukes happen. I will try again and hopefully change my review od the product! Be cautious when charging this, especially for the first time.

I got this for Christmas and it did work really well. However, about 6 weeks after I started using it, it would just go dead after 30 seconds. I have to turn it off and turn it back on and it would do it again. I have no idea why and its been too long for me to return it since it was purchased it.

Had one previously that lasted close to 10 years. This is the second one I have purchased. Saves money because I no longer have to pay for upper lip and chin waxing. They have more than one model but this one is warerproof. I primarily use it on my face but it can be used for other areas of the body.
