I like the full body epilator, and it worked fine!! I do not like the facial epilator at all. It did not work did not remove the hair. Very disappointed. I bought another brand much cheaper and it worked fine.

First - I am a Pre-menopausel 51 year old, of Mediterranean heritage - needless to say, the body hair issue is getting challenging! For the sake of full disclosure, I've been home waxing my legs for a few years now, so can't judge how I'd feel about the "pain" as I've used it only for touch-ups. It had been just shy of two weeks since my last leg wax, and while not a trip to a luxury spa, DEFINITELY less pain than waxing. Do you feel the sensation of a hair being ripped from it's follicle? Of course you do! But in my opinion, this was far less painful...and I loved the convenience of being able to complete the chore sitting on a towel in my living room, watching HGTV. Also was done in no time, so did my arms, which have never been waxed, and again, there was more than a twinge...but certainly bareable, and after some witch-hazel and gentle lotion, super smooth arms in no time! For the Facial unit....LOVED IT! I've been waxing with a professional, because it's my face! But have been concerned about my now older skin, and only having it done every two-three months.....was way over-due...and this was so great. Did it get everything the first pass, no, but I used it every other day(about 3 times) and now I'm so hair-free, one of my best friends asked if I'd had a deep exfolitation, my face looked very "bright". And no redness, my skin wasn't extremely sensitive....again, some witch-hazel, and gentle face lotion....the next day I felt great. This NEVER happened with waxing. As everyone has encouraged...please read the entire instructions well....and there is a learning curve....be a little patient. I am very pleased with my purchase! Hope this helps :)

He estado usando Epilady durante aproximadamente 5 años. Me encanta como deja la piel. Puedo decir que los vellos, reducen su grosor con el tiempo y crecen menos (en la foto se muestra todo el pelo que me crece). La frecuencia del depilado en mi caso es aproximadamente cada 15 días. El Epilady uso el color rosa en foto, llevo usandolo desde hace poco más de 5 años. Espero este nuevo no me desepcione. En cuanto a la depiladora facial, me decepcionó mucho, ademas de usar pilas no quita el vello. Recomiendo la marca Braun de la foto, que es muy buena y es recargable.

Great product to get rid of hair - better than a razor because the hair becomes finer and less visible. Some actually stop growing so you have less hair to get rid of.

I owned & used the original epilady for over 20 years. Though painful, it was incredibly fast & effective at hair removal. Had to replace mine and could only find this "tweezer" style. It takes twice as long and breaks more hair than it pulls resulting in stubble regrowth in a matter of days. The original style facial one is crap, seriously just bad. Waxing is a messy hassle, but works better than either of these. I'm very disappointed that I can't get the same epilady I loved.

Ooo-oooh, baby! Do I love that Epilady! I was among the first to try it back in the eighties. I had a friend who regularly went to get her legs waxed. She described it as a horrible torture, but subjected herself to it in the service of beauty. I had always shaved my legs, but never liked the resulting stubble immediately after the act! I did enjoy plucking my eyebrows, however, because after a beginning with pain, it had evolved into a pleasurable experience. So I hoped that Epilady, with it's plucking action, would prevent the torture that ripping out square feet of leg hairs at one time produces, and do it in a slower, more humane fashion. Well, that is exactly what happened. Now I enjoy "plucking" acres of leg hairs in series, rather than all at the same time, and I have all the advantages of waxing -- the most important being that they don't grow back right away, and that there is never any stubble. The hairs grow back finer and finer, and in some cases disappear altogether. Get this magic, ladies!
