These skates are amazing! I’m 14 and used them all the time!! They’re great for outdoors and the wider toe is useful for gripping. The only thing I’ve ever had an issue with is that the tongue kinda cuts into my ankle quite a bit which makes it less comfortable…they lasted for about two years after I bought them, the metal bar you loop the Velcro strap through and the leather it is held by tore completely off…as well as the sole on the inside of the skates that began to come off. Since there is no customer support for this product, I have to write a review. I just got these skates today and since the weather was nice, went to the park to try them outside first. After needing to slow myself down a few times, I checked to see if the concrete had worn down the stopper at all. It looks like a used eraser! How will I stop in the future? The skates are comfortable and fast, but dang. I need a new stopper already. ... show more

If you are looking for something decently affordable to putz around on these will do the trick, however there are some things worth noting. My skates arrived with a big glue mark on the top of the left skate (outer ankle area). The toes stops that come with it are hard plastic and offer no resistance to help you stop. They just glide on pavement are are very dangerous. I recommend replacing the top stops with actual rubber ones right away. Another thing worth considering is that the wheels are not truly suited for outdoor skating. They are hard and would be much better suited for indoor. I also ended up getting softer wheels, so I can actually skate outside. I also recommend getting toe guards to go with these, especially since they are a synthetic material. One fall (caused by faulty tie stops) and I was left with a giant, deep scuff mark. Repeated falls without added protection would certainly lead to a hole quickly. ... show more
