Every box I’ve received have been moist and the same as they’ve tasted every time I’ve eaten them. The issue with these is they’re actually too delicious and easily justifiable in my mind due to them being relatively healthy for me but here is the catch…they’re too darn expensive. I order these frequently and especially so when they are on sale. Their flavor and freshness are always great quality. They are easy to pack in a bag and take along for a snack, and I love that they don’t give off quite the aroma that some of our other meat sticks do. They are savory with a touch of sweet. High marks for quality, protein etc. If you purchased this for nutrition and you don’t mind a moist texture this bar should work for you. The flavor is nice enough, but the slightly fermented flavor of the cranberry overwhelms the flavor of the meat itself.

You might have some sticker shock on the price, but the flavor is great. I take these on hikes with my kid and we savor them on the trail.

These were very squishy and wet. Their texture was not what we expected. The cranberries made it taste even worse. It might have taste better without the cranberries they could try another fruit or just keep away from the fruit altogether. It may also be better if it was just 100% bison 🦬 and no pork. I have either bought or been givin Epic Bacon and Cranberry Bars close to 10 times as I put them on my wish list for gifts! They are so very sumptuous! I've always received 12 bars and they have always arrived in great shape! The box always arrived untaped and easy to open. These bars are softer and easier to chew than other jerky I've tried and are much more friendly to my teeth! They do quite a bit of sugar in them but are great for a treat that's got protein and is lower carb! They have notes of bacon and cranberry and can replace a meal when you add fruit and veggie! Alone, they are more of a snack. My only complaint is that they are expensive but they do go on sale at times which helps! I need to try their other flavors! ... show more
