Great price. Exactly as described so read the description. It’s hard to find a top spiral notebook this size that isn’t wide or Gregg rule. These are colllege rule. I knew from the description that the covers are soft. I took a chance they’d be firm enough for how I use them. They aren’t. I can’t fault that because I knew they were soft. If that isn’t important to you, these are excellent every day notebooks. Paper is good enough for Japanese EF/F/M or Western EF/F fountain pen. I’ve also used them with lighter color felt tip markers like Flair. I haven’t tried them with anything broader than a Faber Castell fine nib. There is ghosting, but at the finer nib sizes it’s not so extreme you can’t use both sides of the page. ... show more
