Highly recommend. Best we've bought. Kraft covers are not hardcovers and they are meant to create lightweight products that travel well. They ought not be copy - paper thin, however. THE EEOUT 48 pack of notbooks was perfect! The covers are quite sturdy- just under the weight of a thin craft cardboard. The fiber content allows for a bit of "tooth" perfect for colored pencil or pen. The paper inside is a good weight, which does allow for a typical pencil or pen to journal on both sides of the paper. These were the best brand of 8 Amazon products we have tried. For our business, we had purchased this size notebook from 7 other companies, with varied levels of disappointing results (thin covers, thin paper, misaligned paper, 1/2 -2" "made in China" stamps on the back covers, no packaging inside box, leading to crinkled, damaged books, etc.) .
