There is nothing wrong with this printer 🖨.... As long as you're using it on a regular basis.... But if you don't the printer head dries in where it is unusable.... So.... Use it or loose it.... The first one I bought dried in after two ✌️ years... In the trash it went. I would add cartridges are a scam.... There is almost nothing in the original cartridges.... Then you order a new one and it will cost as much as a fricken printer alone ☹️

So they put a sticker advertising their instant ink service on the scanner lid. Pulling it off carefully still leaves significant sticker residue. The kind of plastic they use for the lid is the type that gets messed up by 3M adhesive remover, Goo Gone, etc. So now - BRAND NEW PRINTER - has a larger matte and discolored blotch where that sticker was. Garbage.

I needed a new printer once my not-so-old HP wouldn’t wirelessly print after my cable company “upgraded” their routers. I took a chance buying this one, but was desperate. Wow! Not only was it very easy to set up, it works perfectly from all our laptops all over the house.
