These bar chimes are not only appealing to the eye (love this blue color), but they sound so magical, too. One of my clients refers to the tones they make as “fairy bells.” No matter how you plan to use them, they’re going to meet your expectations, as they can be played loud or soft and produce equally pleasant results. The set even includes a striker to tap each chime individually or to roll the chimes, and there is a place to set the striker in the wooden bar when not using it. I love that the chimes are tied into the base with string instead of nylon (like others I’ve seen), so they look professional, hang evenly, and flow effortlessly when played. They also sent a few additional pieces of the same type of string (cut to the same length) if any chimes need to be restrung later. The stand is easy to set up and very sturdy on its own (professional grade) and holds the bar chimes on with a bolt and wing nut that tightens perfectly (even includes a washer). I have zero concerns with the stand tipping over when the bar chimes are affixed to it. In fact, I tripped over one of the legs once, and although I went flying, the stand didn’t even budge with the chimes hanging on it. Both items were packaged well together and arrived on time. An EXCELLENT set for the money!

I would have given five stars if it hadn't come in a million pieces. It was a pain putting all the chimes back on the bar for various design reasons. Once it was together I thought it was just beautiful. I'll use this when I conduct sound baths. Note: buy a case if you're transporting it!

I got the 25/gold /stand... for like, 67?!. The stand is good quality, the chimes are great. All u need in one package. How ever, note that all chimes sound diff... this one has a " enchanting" ring ( cuz of the gold metal) makes it smoother, were as the silver is a more. Metakicy tin sound... for example if u know the diff between brass/tin jingles on a Tambourine.THANK YOU AMAZON , this is def an "Amazon Award Winner"
